Special Order Products

A product in the Rational Acoustics online store displaying the "Special Order" icon () is one that we do not carry in our normal in-house inventory, but we are happy to order for you.

Lead-Time

Special Order products have a longer lead-time than our in-stock products, generally averaging between 1-2 weeks from the time of order.  When you place an order for a Special Order product, we will email you with an estimated delivery date once we have confirmed delivery time from the manufacturer.

Shipping

Special Order products ship directly from the manufacturer, via whatever shipping method you select during checkout.  You will not be billed any extra additional shipping charges unless you change your shipping method between the time of order and the time of shipment.

Order Modification

If you need to modify your Special Order, such as changing shipping address or shipping method, email us or call us at 1-860-928-7828.

Payment

If your order contains a Special Order item only, your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount upon checkout, but it will not be charged until the Special Order item has been shipped and is on its way to you.

If your order contains a mix of In-Stock and Special Order items, your card will be authorized for the full order amount upon checkout, and will be charged in full when the In-Stock items ship.
