Each license comes with 1 install at the time of purchase. Additional installs may be purchased via your Smaart License Management account once the license has been registered.

Perpetual Licenses remain valid indefinitely for the specific version of the software you are licensed for.  Support, including updates and bug fixes, is provided at no cost for the duration of the license as long as the version of Data Modeler you are licensed for is the most current release.

Perpetual Licenses of Data Modeler can be activated online or offline. Once activated, an internet connection is not required and Data Modeler can be operated offline.
