You may return new unused items purchased from Rational Acoustics within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Items that have been in your possession for more than 30 days after delivery or show obvious signs of use, may not be returned.
Damaged or Defective Units
In the unlikely chance that you experience a problem with an Audient Product, the first step is to contact the Audient support team for evaluation. Rational Acoustics is a dealer of the Audient EVO, and not an authorized repair center and can only provide limited support in terms of facilitating a warranty claim. If you require immediate assistance, the fastest route is to contact Audient Support directly at: support@audient.com
If after troubleshooting, the Audient support team deems the unit to be faulty, they will require proof of purchase to establish the current warranty status of the device. The Audient warranty period for any product purchased is 3 years from the date of the original purchase.
If it is confirmed that your device is both faulty and within the warranty period, you will be asked to contact local distributor (Korg USA). Their service center can be contacted at +1 (888) 754-0467. The Korg USA service team will verify that your repair is covered under warranty and provide further instructions.
Whilst this warranty is provided by Audient, the warranty obligations are fulfilled by the exclusive territory Distributor (Korg USA) responsible for the country (US) in which you purchased the product. Korg USA will also require Proof of Purchase to establish the warranty status of the device.
