Smaart v9 editions (Suite, RT, and LE) use a new multi-device, multi-output, signal generator. Each output has its own independent friendly name and trim value. The output level on the main interface is now essentially a master volume control for all outputs - each output has a trim value relative to that master level.

In Smaart Suite and RT, you can even save different output configurations as re-callable presets and select between those presets directly from the main interface.

This provides for some interesting scenarios, where you can use the signal generator to playback multi-channel output signals such as stereo files or embedded surround formats like 5.1, 7.1, etc, or multiple pseudorandom outputs which will provide unique advantages when using the Sync-Source Transfer Function measurement.
